Description
After watching a report on RTS (see link below) in which the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is an important player, I had the idea to write a research paper. To cover the costs of the study, I would like to apply for funding from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. To carry out this study I would need a partner(s) with business/economics skills. Enclosed is an outline of the study I would like to do. On the website of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation I have not found a comparable study.
